Cancellation

As long as your ordered items have not yet been shipped, you can easily cancel your order.
As a registered customer via your customer account.
As a guest via a LINK in your order confirmation email.
Once the items have been dispatched and are on their way to you, it is no longer possible to cancel your order. Regardless, you can cancel your order (see right of withdrawal) or return the items (see returns below).

Return

If, contrary to expectations, you do not like an item, you can return the goods you ordered on “www.shop.weberei-pahl.de” to us within 14 days without giving any reasons.

Return Policy
Please understand that we can only take back goods if they are in perfect condition. A return is only possible if the goods are free of stains and residues such as detergent. You must bear the return shipping costs. Please also enclose the return form, filled out completely.

 

Received refund
As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. Your return will be processed within 10 working days and the amount to be refunded (goods value plus shipping costs) will then automatically be credited to the payment method specified when ordering.
